When ever I plug my iPhone in it won't stop vibrating!

Recently when ever I plug my iPhone into my Vista Pc it doesn't stop vibrating. It syncs fine it just buzzes (like when you plug it in) but over and over again and doesn't stop until I unplug it.

My iPhone is non jailbroken 2g running 2.1 firmware.

Any ideas?
