Inappropriate?Well any software, application, music takes up memory of your iPhone. The new OS (operating systems) are usually about the same size as the existing one on your iPhone so there is not too much to worry about. I still use the 2G iPhone 8GB and currently run the latest OS and have 6 pages of applications.
So upgrade and have fun with the new features.
