Why does visual voicemail sometimes take forever?
Sometimes, I receive visual voicemails in a minute or so (great), but often they do not arrive for over 45 minutes (unacceptable!). Is this a load issue with AT&T?

Inappropriate?Actually no, this is somewhat normal (as far as I know) There is a delay between video, audio, SMS, MMS and voice mail on most networks. T-Mobile to AT&T and Verizon to Nextel or Rogers even if you are under a faster HSDPA or 3G network the relay can take up to 3 hours (my personal experience). After living in Europe, I can tell you that almost all GSM and 3G services in North America are still not ready to handle multimedia and data at "true" high speeds.
