Why was I charged for music I didn't purchase?

I'm wondering why I was charged $12.24 as I did not buy any music from you. I tried about a week ago but I was having problems with it as I was new to downloading music. I finally found a web site that I could easily understand and purchased music from them. I would really like to know why I was charged. I need answers.
