Why won't Contact sync include categories from Outlook 2002?
I am a new iPod user and I have been able to sync to my contacts that are in Outlook, but the Categories from Outlook aren't copied. This is a problem for me. I have a 2002 version.

Inappropriate?It looks like the iPods require at least Outlook 2003 to sync contacts correctly. This might be why you're having trouble with categories. Is there any way you can upgrade to a more current version? -
