Windows iTunes unreasonably slow on fast hardware.
This is most likely due to whatever graphics layer the code sits on top of in order to get the same OSX look and feel in Windows. Please do everyone a favor and re-implement iTunes as a WPF application and it will be blazing fast. Rather than maintaining two native ports of the GUI code, you are forcing consumers to use this slow product by not opening up access for competitors to write iTunes replacements.

Inappropriate?I have a snkeaing suspicion that Safari on Windows days are waning, along with native coding on iTunes. It is RIDICULOUS to have to pay the "Mac Tax" since its clear they want us all to be on OSX. Oh wait, I cant go out and buy OSX and install on MY PC of choice, why? Is this even legal? Who says Apple can tell me, a PAYING customer, what hardware I can run an OS on.
I’m ticked-off at the Apple 'Walled Garden"

I think the End User License Agreement (EULA) explicitly says that, you a paying customer may not use the Apple software in such a way that it voids the EULA. -
EULAs rarely hold up in court. -
Inappropriate?Man, sorry to hear about your itunes. I am ready to throw my ^%%#$&*(^%$%* laptop out the ((*^T%$#@#$% window. I have tried to find a solution but it is still out there mocking me. I can not access my itunes account or downloads. I am Timed out. For the love of all that is holy, I have tried everything. Let me know if you get any answers.
