Inappropriate?Hi There, several reasons could explain that (if you can share your computer configuration here)
> if you are below mac 10.5 and iphone 2.2.1
> if your backup is encrypted
> if your iphone is jailbroken
> if you have not recently done a backup of your iphone on itunes

Inappropriate?Running 10.5.8 and iPhone 3.1b4. Backup not encrypted and iPhone not jailbroken. Back-up was last night.
I only get a handful of apps.

3.1b4 i assume this is not yet the official version? maybe this could explain why we are not fully compatible? we are working on a new mac version. so bear with us -
