WinXP - No apps found

I downloaded your windows client (I use windows xp latest sp) and started AppsFire.exe. I then got the message:

Please wait while we synchronize your apps (may take up to a minute)...
Found 0 apps in your iTunes backup archive.

I waited up to 10 minutes and nothing happend. I restarted, nothing happended again. My backup is not encrypted and I use the latest version of iTunes (9.0.2.25). FYI: I have about 200 apps installed.
Please help
