Recent User Updates - not in Recently Updated

I have updated my User page with information (included a new image, as well as a note) yesterday. Why does it not show up in the "Recently Updated" sort. When I click on the user I see the updated information but the viewers have no way to know that it has been updated. Please let me know how can this be fixed. I posted time sensitive information.
