I am on a support team for a missionary family at church. I would love to take the burden of fundraising on their behalf. Do any of your users use Donor Tools for missionary support?
Problems with "Umlauts" (äöü) in Export and Print: We have international names (and are happy that you support different currencies out of the box) and found problems when generating letters to or exporting Donors with äöü in their names. It would be nice to have clean UTF-8/Intl. support.
Are you ever planning on adding query functionality in the future? For example, I would like to know who gave over a certain amount, to a particular fund, between a set of dates.
Hi there,
I would like to write the css for our donations page, but I am having difficulty working out which divs and classes I should be attaching the styles to. Do you have a guide?
Cheers
Phil
Lovin' it! Of course a few more questions... now that I've gone and inputted every donation, all our donors, etc...
1. Feature request, would it be possible to get some "web widget" code for the fund thermometers? So we could easily place the thermo's on other sites?
2. Would be nice to have the ability to "mass change" or have multiple selection capability for donors, especially when tagging - at least the ability to apply a tag to multiple donors.
No hurry on anything, I love it, it's the first online solution to donation management that works exactly as I have been picturing.
Ryan has been extremely open to my thoughts about how the product could improve and quick to respond to other questions. He's actually pursued me to provide feedback.
DonorTools is shaping up to be the first solution I've found that will work well on the Mac and Linux platforms for individual missionaries without virtualization hurdles.
