Order not delivered. Constantly being lied to
I ordered a sofa and coffee table 5 weeks ago and was told they would be delivered at the end of that week.
On that Friday (4 days later) i received a call that delivery will be delayed by one more week.
The following Friday, I was called again to inform me that the items were on back-order and would hopefully be delivered in 2 weeks.
10 days ago, I was informed that it would now be 5 more days. I went to the store last Monday where I bought the items to make sure that this was really going to happen and was told, it would. I made it clear that I would cancel the order if the furniture is not in my apartment by this weekend.
Today I called them, to find out if the delivery was still on schedule and because I had not received a call. I was told that the new delivery date will be Nov 4th. I called the store directly and cancelled the order. I am currently waiting for the manager to call me back.
At this point all I want is my money back. I'm already dreading having to find a lawyer and sueing them... Hope it doesn't have to come to that.

Inappropriate?Just got a call this morning bumping my delivery from April 10th to the 17th. The person on the phone had nothing specific to say about why the delivery, originally estimated for February 17th, was going to be two months late. Read me something about working hard to improve the availability of trucks.

Finally took delivery on April 24th. The coffee table and end table are lovely, nicely constructed, exactly what we had ordered.
