Order not delivered. Constantly being lied to

I ordered a sofa and coffee table 5 weeks ago and was told they would be delivered at the end of that week.

On that Friday (4 days later) i received a call that delivery will be delayed by one more week.

The following Friday, I was called again to inform me that the items were on back-order and would hopefully be delivered in 2 weeks.

10 days ago, I was informed that it would now be 5 more days. I went to the store last Monday where I bought the items to make sure that this was really going to happen and was told, it would. I made it clear that I would cancel the order if the furniture is not in my apartment by this weekend.

Today I called them, to find out if the delivery was still on schedule and because I had not received a call. I was told that the new delivery date will be Nov 4th. I called the store directly and cancelled the order. I am currently waiting for the manager to call me back.

At this point all I want is my money back. I'm already dreading having to find a lawyer and sueing them... Hope it doesn't have to come to that.
