I've always wanted a Twitter-client with filtering options. It would be nice to be able to define a set of filters (per account). So that I could hide tweets based on content (some popular football teams come to mind), hashtags (some conferences just aren't interesting) and clients (hide twitterfeed, I can use an RSS-reader myself, thanks).
