It would be nice if Tweetie would save the expanded version of links to Instapaper. As it works now, my Instapaper is flooded with bit.ly and ow.ly links. It would be nice if Tweetie would expand the link before saving it to Instapaper rather than just using the shortened URL.

Note regarding ow.ly links: Without automatic URL expansion AND removal of the ow.ly toolbar, ow.ly links simply do not work with the Instapaper integration.
