mark all as read dosn't change tweet visual design
mark all read doesn't change visual status of tweets, so they don't go grey like they do when you "read" (highlight) them manually.

Inappropriate?Yeah, Tweetie is really bad for usability in this area. TweetDeck and EventBox have it right. The entire user icon and Tweet are dimmed to about 25-30%, so that it's still readable, but clear that the Tweet has already been read.
I’m sad

It took a while before EventBox got the proper dimming level. Actually, I stopped using it because of the dimming and it was still too imperceptible for me last time I used it months ago.
Hoping Tweetie gets this one sorted out soon. -
Inappropriate?@Jim, the issue is not the amount of dimming, but rather that hitting cmd+K doesn't actually dim ANY tweets at all.
-
My problem is that even if they were dimmed, the dimming is so slight it wouldn't make much of a difference anyways. Cmd-K needs to dim all the messages, AND it needs to dim them further.
