Support Page Up/Down and Home/End
Much as I like the iPhone cues in the Tweetie/Mac scrollbar, I think the app would be better served using a standard scroll view (perhaps with custom scrollers, if necessary).
A few problems with the current implementation:
- Doesn't support Page Up/Down, Home and End.
- Arrow-key scrolling highlights go beyond the 0'th row when scrolling up.
