Inappropriate?Yes, great idea! I hate having to periodically open up Tweetie to find a whole bunch on tweets I didn't know about. Having a sound for new tweets and Growl integration would definitely make Tweetie the best Mac Twitter client I've ever used.

Inappropriate?Great that Tweetie has Growl support... but the ability to choose sound alerts natively would be much more elegant than what Growl offers.

Inappropriate?Growl is fine, but c'mon now, Atebits, you're so gifted at design and functions, how about a nifty unique sound too? It will serve as marketing, when people hear it and ask their friend or stranger, what's that sound? Doitdoitdoit!
