User icons within dock icon!
Show most recent tweeter's user icon instead of that silly purple fade!
Keep the fancy gloss/shadow and border, but put the most recent tweeter's user icon in there, or rotate between the ones that have recently tweeted and or mentioned you, perhaps change badges when there is a mention vs a normal tweet.
This would give us reason to not hide the dock and I think it would be easier overall to do, you know it too. So do it. Or let me do it for you :]
