Add a GetSatisfaction feedback tab

On a number of sites, there is a "Feedback" tab that hovers on the far left. Clicking on the tab brings up a window where you can enter feedback into GetSatisfaction. This would make it faster to give feedback, and would be in addition to the Support link.
