Inappropriate?Hi,
We've been having billing problems from the very beginning we signed on and I'd be very happy if you could just solve the problem once and for all. It's been very frustrating using scrumd and without a solution in the next few weeks we will probably just migrate to another tool.
Currently, we are getting the error " There was an error saving your billing information: * The transaction was unsuccessful."
Please extend our trial for at least 1 month until this gets completely sorted. Our subdomain is amnesty.scrumd.com
Many thanks,

You should be back in and have another month. Thank you for your patience Victor. We're looking into the billing issues as I write this. -
Inappropriate? We've adjusted the address verification settings of our payment gateway. This should fix the problem once and for all.
