Right now we don't have a way to manage tags. That is somewhat on purpose as I don't like to have to "manage" things, and stay away from it if at all possible. Also, for multi-user accounts, tags created by anyone under the account are available to everyone else. I can understand the need to delete accidental tags. When you say "order" the tags, do you mean to order how they appear on the expense forms?1 Comment

Thanks Robert. I appreciate the quick reply. So in order to sign on as a paying customer, I would need two things...
1. Be able to delete the tags.
2. Have a show/toggle for tags -- if you have more than a handful it really squeezes out the space for entering other details.
By order, I meant change the order that the tags appear in the tags display.
And auto-complete based on previous tags would be a real joy.
What are the odds you could quickly implement 1 & 2?

For 1 and 2 I'll talk with our development team. We have a list of requested features that we are working on adding to Expens'd. The more people we can get voting on features the higher up the priority list it goes. We're looking at doing another release of Expens'd within a few weeks, and will try to get your requests in for that release.

We're halfway there! As of this evening, you can show/hide tags on the expense forms. Next week you'll be able to delete tags that aren't being used on expenses.

The tags that you use are only visible to people inside your account. Everything that you enter into expens'd is inside of your account only. For those with multi-user accounts, only the account admin can see everything - each user can only see their own expenses. Great question!
