Single user billing problems

Hi,
I have a single user account which costs $0 per year, so obviously I haven't entered any billing information. However, when I log into expens'd I can now only see the billing page and an error message that says;

'Your expens'd account has expired. Please update your billing information so that you can continue to use expens'd.'

I can also see this information on the screen:

Your Plan: You Change Plan
Current Payment Method: /

Next Charge Date: 06/18/09
Next Charge Amount: $0.00

Please can you tell me why my account expires if you aren't charging me for it in the first place? I'm trying to print my expenses to complete my tax return so this is very frustrating!
