I cancelled my account, but you are still charging my credit card. How do I contact you to resolve this?

It appears that for some reason there were two accounts for you - one for the paid plan and one for the free plan. I've deleted the subscription for the paid plan and canceled the associated account. We'll send you a check for the $12 you were charged.
