Things you might like to consider



In Europe we need multiple currencies e.g I work in GP £s, € Euros and $ US. Adding these with auto conversion to a "home" currency would be useful.

We also need to be able to record VAT paid on expenses (we get to claim this back but have to list amounts Net,VAT, Gross.

How about a list of reimbursements with a paid/outstanding status for each line item

Tags works OK for categories but it doesn't work across people. We need the ability to total expenses across the business, within categories, for accounting.

Separate the amount on the voucher into claimed and not claimed e.g. dinner for me and my wife - my expense is reclaimable but my wife's isn't.

Reporting - there has to be a way to output printed copies for tax returns.

Output/input - we don't use an accounting system but lots of people will. Transferring the data to the accounting system of choice could save a lot of time.

Credit Cards - we keep vouchers for VAT returns but use the CC statement for accounting

Bank Statements - most of our expenses are paid out directly from bank accounts (or credit cards)
