UK, other, address formats please
The 'State' section on the address pane (billing) only allows for US States, which isn't much use in the UK and elsewhere.

Rob, Alastair's right. I'd even consider this a bug since we allow for different countries, but then they are forced to choose a US state.

I wouldn't be able to sign up for a paying plan even if I wanted too, currently, as a UK address with a US State would make the credit card authentication fail.
