Unable to complete billing information

We are used the Scrum'd during 30-day free trial.
Today we have tried to update the billing info. We made it two times and we lost 28$ but the message still was the same "The transaction was unsuccessfull".
Help us please!!!

Inappropriate?So sorry about that. Some international users have been experiencing billing problems, and we are currently working hard on an overhaul of the billing system.
In order to give you a couple free months for your trouble, and to watch on our end for the multiple charges to your card, can you please send your account subdomain, and full billing address to support@adsdevshop.com and include a link to this thread?
