Inappropriate?Hi Harm,
Scrum'd is targeting teams that are using Agile, and more specifically Scrum. You can learn more about Scrum at Agile Development with Rob, and I also have a series of three videos introducing Scrum and the general workflow. Here's a link to part 1.
As for closing an Sprint, once all tasks are complete, a User Story can either be closed or moved to the Product Backlog by the Product Owner. The Scrum Master can then close the Sprint.
I’m happy

Inappropriate?Hi Robert,
I understand Scrum. We are using this every day, using tools such as Scrumworks, but we are considering to switch to Scrum'd if all works fine.
We we're unsure what to do with the 'to-verify' state in the tasks overview. We initially expected that this state ment that the product owner should verify the task. Our tasks we're all waiting to be 'verified'. That is why we could not close the sprint.
Also, to me it was unclear that the developers (scrum team members) had to fill in there actual hours when completing the user story.
A simple introduction tutorial (or screencast) describing the entire workflow would certainly help.
Cheers, Harm.

Inappropriate? Thanks Harm. I see what you mean. That's a great point. Scrum'd follows Scrum pretty much by the book (as laid out by Ken Schwaber and Mike Cohn in their books) so the "to-verify" state is more for when a task moves to QA or a tester on the team, who then changes it to "done" seeing that it is in fact completed.
We chose to go the route on hours that Mike Cohn lays out - User Stories are estimated in story points, and Tasks are estimated in hours, with actual hours being recorded.
Did you get a chance to check out our feature videos on the tour page? Do you think those go into enough depth, or should we do more?
Thanks for your feedback.
