Blown Away by Awesome Customer Service

I just wanted to take a moment to say - WOW! - I just had an amazing experience with AT&T Customer Support. I was expecting the worst (becuase I used to be on Verizon) but actually, it far exceeded what I thought would be a 'best case scenario'. Basically - I wanted to downgrade my family plan because my wife and I had racked up serious rollover minutes and since we have iPhones we were just using more data and a lot less calling. If this had been Verizon, I would have had to re-up on my stupid contract (it happened to me before) just to downgrade. But not only did they downgrade me without changing my contract, they allowed my to keep my 6000+ rollover minutes, AND they said I could upgrade my iPhone to 3G without re-upping my contract. Awesome. Thanks, guys!
