Went to sign up for Internet, ended up with only a phone line...

Went to the AT&T website to sign up for internet, entered the info to see if it was available. It took me to a page to sign up for services, next thing I knew I had signed up for phone service, but no internet, turns out it was not available, but the site never told me. They took a $50.00 deposit on my cc, and I could not cancel the appointment till after the deposit was taken, so now I have to wait 8 weeks for a check in the mail....
