where is my rewards I was promised scam

never received reward promised to sign two year contract promised 100.00 check in Janruary it is now may I have called several times on this was told they could no longer give me 100.00 check but would send me a rebate for modem and 50.00 gift card .I have confirmation number and said I would see on reward cite in seven days it is now 4 weeks later and still have not received either of the second replacement rewards I was promised and does not show up on reward center!!! when I call I get the run around so I asked to speak to superviser was told they left at 3:00 .So I told the rep look you have to have someone higher than you there you cant be left alone she said yes there was and her name was Becky she said she had to put me on hold and guess what I was hung up on after two hours of getting the run around and being transferred to each department they hung up!!!!!!!!! So I thought no problem she has my number she will have her supervisor call me back Wrong never called back. So I called again today talked to a Fabian was going to do a conference call but because it was Monday the call volumes were high so they noted my account on everything that was discussed and told me to call back in 21/2 hours . It is really funny because like clock work they send me a bill and I pay it like I promised I will but when they owe you they give you the run around!!!! Don't know where to go from here other than to cancel my account with them!!!!! Agrafrusty09
