Customization
Is there a way to customize the PDF, and the emails that it sends?
The "DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL" seems a little unfriendly.
I'd also like to be able to make the PDFs reflect our brand.
Thanks for your help!
Regards,
Joel Drapper

Hi Joel,
We're working on new ways for people to customize their invoices and estimate, but it's a ways out unfortunately. In the meantime, we'll definitely take your comment about the "DO NOT REPLY' line into consideration, but I think it's important that we use direct language to make sure people pay attention to it. Any ideas for an improvement?
Thanks for your feedback. Watch our Twitter - we'll post an update when we allow customization.

In the meantime, is there at least a way to denote payment remittance information on an invoice? I'm used to at least having my mailing address and EIN on invoices, and I can't see a logical place to do that (short of shoehorning it into the note field). -
Inappropriate? Why not make the reply-to value or the from value in the email the company email address? That way the client can knock themselves out and reply if they want to.

Inappropriate? We're working on that, actually. Good point.

Inappropriate?I hate the "do not reply" things on emails from places like Amazon. You should be able to reply and reach support. =)

Inappropriate?Yeah. I agree with Richard Henry.
