Recently created praise in Balsamiq Studios

I was delighted to discover that in a table (and perhaps elsewhere) the string '[ ]' is rendered as a nice checkbox square, and '( )' renders as a nice radio button circle! You should add it to the documentation somewhere, beacuse it took a little longer to find out how to make the control render as selected (type an 'x' instead of a space between).

I just want to express that I love the tool! I tried the trial version for no more than 5 minutes, fell in love with it, and then bought it (desktop edition). Not something that happens to me every day.

I was using MS Visio before (with some sketchy mockup library) and it can't be compared with Balsamiq mockups.

Great product!!

Simplicity is what makes this product to stand out.

We used to do our mockups either with pen & paper (very difficult to read/share/modify afterwards) or in PowerPoint (boooooring). I really love using this tool and I'm absolutely amazed at home much I can generate in a very short amount of time.

Mockups is an AWESOME tool, thank you SO much for creating it! This will save me literally *days* of time over the next few months as I work at my startup creating a new web portal, and I'm one of the only ones that know web design, the internet, etc, so communicating through wireframes is unbelievably ideal. Balsamiq Mockups is worth 10x its price and should be in every designers toolbox!

They working on the ideas and problems we report. The product is on the best way to the excellence. The speed of implementing the linking mockups is over my expectation.

I'm an Axure RP user/enthusiast but I also use balsamiq for preliminary sketching tasks because it's faster and helps get the point across without a full-blown interactive prototyping process.

Fantastic product. When I downloaded a recent update, I found a couple of bugs, which I reported. They were fixed within a couple of hours.

The only thing I don't like is that I'm jealous. I want to start a company like Peldi did. :-)

I just used Basalmiq on a conference call and ended a long-standing headache caused by everyone visualizing a certain concept differently. Then I e-mailed a snapshot of the results to everyone to further ensure that they were committed to the resulting design. I finally feel like I'm getting everyone on the same page instead of pulling us in different directions. I'm so excited. I'm going to push to make it our standard prototyping tool.

I bought a license of your fantastic product yesterday. And it is worth every cent!

Two things happened to me today -
Today I broke my rib.
Today I discovered Balsamiq.

Wow, you guys rock! I mentioned a while ago that I really needed iPhone graphics for my mockups and you delivered. In fact you over delivered. I couldn't recommend Balsamiq highly enough.

Today I was having a new gas heating system installed. There was some confusion on the piping arrangement that was very specific to ensure safe and effective operation of the steam boiler. I needed to quickly create a drawing to show a heating consultant through email.

I had many ways I could have done this, including a full-blown CAD system that I'm an expert in. However I decided to give Balsamiq a try. I had my drawing done in just two minutes!



I know it's an unusual use of Balsamiq, but it was a very effective way to get my point across.

Oh and I have now have heat again. :)

Guys - this is freakin' stupid. I rarely use the word stupid and save it only for times when I am very impressed. Visio - eh...Fireworks, hmmphh - all of which I've used in the past for mock-ups. This product rocks!
