Add background color to text area
I want to put a text area on my page with a background colour. Is there any way to do this?
(Feature? It would be nice to just have this as a property on the text-area control...)

I simply want to add a paragraph of text to my page and give it a blue background. I'm adding an image that shows two overlapping regions; I want to combine the blue canvase with the text-area. I've tried adding text to a canvas, but find it's not allowed.

Inappropriate?This works great, but I would like to either get rid of the border on the TextArea, or be able to add a background color to a paragraph of text.
