Balsamiq Conflict with Adobe Air DLL v 1.1.1.8210?

I installed Balsamiq Mockups but when I run it, I get an immediate error and the application closes. The error is:
"Balsamiq Mockups.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close..." When I view the error report details it indicates a problem with Adobe Air Dll version 1.5.1.8210.
I am using XP Pro Version 2002 Service Pack 3.
I have Adobe Creative Suites installed.

I uninstalled Balsalmic and Adobe Air. Now, when I try to reinstall Adobe Air, I immediately get an error when I accept the user agreement.

Can anyone help me with this? I really want to use Balsamiq and convince the bosses to buy it for our company, but I can't run it because of this AIR issue.
