Can open saved mockups
I'm using the Desktop version and when open a mockup file the screen goes 'grey' with a message in the middle of the canvas saying 'Setting things up'.
It just hangs there and doesn't do anything. When I quit 'mockup' and restart it, the correct document opens without any problems.

Yes, you should download the latest build and install it on top of the one you currently have: http://www.balsamiq.com/products/mock... - you won't have to re-register.

I have tried to install for the last hour, but I can't get it to work. When I try to install from your website, i get an Adobe Air error, saying "Something went wrong during.....". I have tried uninstalling Adobe Air, and trying again. The link on your website then installs Adobe Air, but when it comes to instaling your application, I get a message saying "The air file is damaged". I then found a version 1.0.97 of your air app on some third party website. It installs fine, but I would like to get the latest version.
I am running Vista 32 bit home premium, and I have tried installing both from Firefox and IE.
I am a registered, paying user of the desktop version, and I am longing to get a newer version, as I am using this great product every day!
I don't know if the problem is with Adobe, or your Air file, but if you have any clues I would be grateful.

Inappropriate?Kaare, so sorry you are having these issues. I just tried installing the app from http://www.balsamiq.com/products/mock... and it worked fine - screenshot here: http://skitch.com/balsamiq/wndg/appli...
One thing you could try is to download the AIR file directly from here: http://www.balsamiq.com/demos/mockups... - the browser should ask you to launch it with Adobe AIR, or you can save it and double-click on it.
