Can't install license key for Balsamiq Mockups in Confluence
When I go to Confluence Plug-in administration to configure Balsamiq (e.g. http://hc-wiki.stjude.org/admin/plugi...) and add my newly purchased license key, I get a "Page Not Found." My trial period has already expired so now I'm stuck. Please help!

Inappropriate?Hi Matt, I'm on it right now. I cannot get to that link because I think it's not a public facing link. Let me run a test and get back to you asap.
-
Inappropriate?Ok Matt, I just tested locally and if I go to myurl/admin/plugins/mockups/configure.action I see the configuration screen. What version of Mockups and Confluence are you using? Also, how did you install Mockups?
-
Inappropriate? You are correct, our confluence is behind a firewall.
Confluence: 2.10
Mockups: 1.5.35 -
Thanks Matt, I'll try those same versions here and report back. -
Inappropriate?Hmm, I have to admit you have me stumped on this one. The URL looks good...could you please see if there's something strange going on in the logs? I have also already asked my contacts at Atlassian for help.

Inappropriate?I have asked my operations folks to provide me with anything strange in the logs.

Thanks Matt. In the meantime, please email me at peldi@balsamiq.com - I can send you some steps for a temporary workaround solution... -
Inappropriate?I also just thought of something else. Can you please paste here the URL from which you took the 1st screenshot?

Inappropriate?Here's the URL: http://hc-wiki.stjude.org/admin/plugi...
Still no logs. :-( Will keep working on that.
