Cant use CTRL-V when specifying URL in insert image

For whatever reason, I cannot use CTRL-V when pasting a URL into the insert image tool.

Hi Michael, thanks for the report. I just fixed it, and the new code is 29 lines shorter than the original! I love fixing bugs by cleaning things up, thanks for prompting me to do this! :) The new build is already live.
