Hiya,
Firstly - great work on a great product - I'm loving it. The only thing that sort of bothers me is the background, I'm just not comfortable working on a brown background. (it's probably cos I do all my real life mockups on graph or plain white paper).
It'd also give us slightly more screen real-estate because we wouldn't have to worry about the ring binding on the side
Would it be possible to let us choose a background from some pre-selects? Such as graph paper, grid paper, plain white etc...?

It'd still be nice to overlay a grid as well as white background. (sorry, I know I'm just being fussy).

Inappropriate?I would vote for white background. The existing color (off white) causes issues when I paste my mockups into other programs. Perhaps you can go with white if the user turns off the notebook (like I do).1 Comment

I made the background white when mockups are exported to PNG a while ago. Do you take screenshots of the app instead? -

Inappropriate?Can you add a way change the background? I'm using bluieprint CSS framework, and there are grids templates to use wehn you are creating the wireframe of a site. It would be very userfull if I could change the notebook image with this grid. -
Inappropriate?+1 for changing the background. I'd like to see a plain white option and a grid. I pull screenshots of the mock-ups into other tools, like Word for spec writing and the yellow doesn't fit.1 Comment Add a comment

Hi Stacy, if you export to PNG or Export to Clipbord the background is already white. Not that an option is a good idea, but I thought this might help you in the meantime.
