Crash on cancelling Save as window
Create a new mock and edit it. Then press the close button. BMQ will ask you if you want to save your file. Press Save... Now play around in the save as window.. and then press cancel. BMQ may crash. The crash is random. I'm running the desktop version on winxp. (Version: 1.6.13 - 05/26/2009 04:31 11:28 (Air)

Inappropriate?Hello Ali, I'm so sorry Mockups lost your data due to this crash, I apologize.
I will try to reproduce the issue locally and report back on what I find out. Unfortunately crash bugs are Adobe Air bugs (which my app triggers), so debugging and fixing is really hard unless Adobe can reproduce the issue locally...I'll file a bug and hopefully they'll be able to make it happen.
I also know that the upcoming version of Adobe Air (1.5.2) fixes a number of crash bugs, so this might be fixed already and just waiting to be released. Fingers crossed...
I’m unhappy about crash bugs!

Inappropriate?Hi Ali, I just tried to make the crash happen for 10 minutes on my XP box without success. How often does it happen for you?
The only difference was that I'm using 1.6.17, but I doubt it would make a difference, I haven't touched the "Save As" code in a while...anyways, the latest version is here in case you want to try and update: http://www.balsamiq.com/products/mock... -
Inappropriate?True, it does not happen very often. In fact I could not get it to crash on my version again.

Inappropriate?Hi there. Adobe just released version 1.5.2 of Air, the platform I use for Mockups. I know they worked on a number of crash bugs, so perhaps this got fixed too? Please try it out if you can: http://get.adobe.com/air/
