Enable snap for shapes dragged from UI Library

I find it strange that snapping is disabled when dragging new shapes from the UI library onto the mockup. This causes all my "add new shape" actions to comprise 1) dragging a new shape onto the mockup, release mouse 2) drag again, snapping it into place.
