Error Managing Staff Members

Should I bee seeing anything under the header "Manage People for 1"? I added Mark to my staff, yet he's not showing up anywhere for me to add him to projects. Also, should there be something on the map image?

Also, from a previous error I reported where I was getting an error on the "Your Staff" page where I'm assuming you should see a list of staff members, but only an error is showing.
