Keyboard shortcut to clone elements
Hi, first of all: Great product! It already saved me a lot of time :-)
2 things would be nice:
- Possibility to turn off the outline on the text area element (now i have to use the "Label / String of text" to achieve that)
- Copy elements with Ctrl + drag (would be much faster than Ctrl+c/Ctrl+v and common in most Windows apps)
I'm using the 1.5 beta version on Windows XP.
Cheers
Phil

Inappropriate?Hi Zorg, thanks for the feedback.
Try the Paragraph control for multi-line text with no outline
ALT+drag for cloning works in the Desktop version.
-
Inappropriate?Oh, okay, missed that somehow. Just out of curiosity: With with Alt and not Ctrl like everywhere else? Thanks, Phil
I’m a bit embarassed to have asked a stupid question
-
Inappropriate?Yes, please... CTRL+drag is the standard. Nice to know I can use alt for the moment tho.
-
Inappropriate?Absolutely! CTRL+drag is the standard clone/copy action. As Jim Jarrett says, it's nice to know that ALT+drag works, but I'd like to see this changed to match other applications.
I’m confused by having to remember a non-standard interaction

I'll try to support CTRL+drag as well (though ALT+drag is what's used in Illustrator, I think)
