Fogbugz "Save and Close" doesn't do either!
When adding a mockup in Fogbugz on Demand, when I choose "Save and Close". It doesn't Save or Close! It prompts for the name, but it does not return me to Fogbugz, and when I bring up the case in Fogbugz, the mockup is not there.
It did work for me once! But not since.

Inappropriate?Hi Pat, that's not good. We'll take a look right away. Does it only work when creating new mockups? Does it not work on all mockups or just one? If it's just one, what name did you give it?
I'll start doing some testing over here in the meantime. -
Inappropriate?Oh, try this: try clicking on the "Save" button with the mouse instead of hitting the ENTER key. Does it fix it? If so, I know exactly where to fix the bug.

If I just try a simple mockup (dropping one object on the frame) then it seems to work.
I tried it several times using the xml that I imported from my desktop version. One of the times I tried it worked!
Some of my tries had a simple name ("test1") and others include a space ("test1 mockup"). The one that did work had a simple name, but I tried doing exactly the same thing a second time (with a different name), and it didn't work.

Inappropriate?Hi Matt, my apologies. We fixed the bug today (you have to click with the mouse instead of using the enter key in the save dialog), and it will go live in the next few days. If you're on an on-premise fogbugz installation, you can try the new version by downloading it from here: http://www.balsamiq.com/products/mock...
