How do I get back the original text color?
How do I change the text color of elements back to the original dark green color? It does not apper to be in the list of colors offered in the palette.

Inappropriate?I have had this problem too.

Inappropriate?Dark green? The default color for the text is black...or am I missing something?

Inappropriate? When I drag and drop text onto the surface, the color I get is #0C343D. I like it, but I just don't know how to get it back if I change it....
I’m confused

Inappropriate?Oh wow Dan, sorry about that. I could have sworn that the default color was black, I must be loosing it. ;)

OK I just scoured the code-base and ran some tests. The fact that it's not black is a "lucky" oversight on my part (if you notice only the paragraph and a few other "ancient" components aren't black, more recent ones like the Menu and MenuBar are).
That said, I respect your taste for the dark greenish and Paragraph is possibly the most often used component, so I was thinking of swapping out one of the color palette's very dark grays with it, like this:

What do you guys think? Are people going to miss 0x191919?

Inappropriate?Giacomo, that is certainly an option. However, looking at the palette, it does look a bit out of place to me. Perhaps you could swap it with the position of the black. Even so, it looks a bit odd and somebody might just miss that color. I would suggest adding another row in the palette with that color instead, if possible.
Even though I like the dark green (since it's a bit softer on the eyes), it might be cleaner in the long run to bite the bullet and change the default to black across the board. It does mean that if I open any mockups to add text I will have to select all my text objects and change their color to black to match, but then again, I don't have that many so for me it's not a big deal.
I’m undecided

Inappropriate?Hi Dan, switching all to black would be my favorite option as well, it's more consistent and doesn't run in the issues you mention.
You will not have to change the color of paragraph controls manually, they'll just use the new default (black) automatically.
