Make "Quick Add" creates a label containing the typed text if nothing is found in the library

Make "Quick Add" creates a label containing the typed text if nothing is found in the library. For example, if I type "Hello world" it add a help button, if I type "foobar" it add a formatting bar. It would be great to always add a label with the typed text when nothing is found in the library. That would make adding label more efficient.
