Named history
I like to create several mockups that are basically the same, but with slight differences such as different order, control type, etc. That way, I can show several different options to others for feedback.
It would be great to have a version history of changes to the mockup that could be named, that would be great.
Example history names: Initial grid, Grid with checkbox, grid with ajax name lookup, etc.

Inappropriate?Hi Kyle, Mockups for Confluence, JIRA and XWiki already support this by keeping the version history every time you save your file. You can also use DropBox to achieve a similar result: http://www.balsamiq.com/blog/?p=711
