pasted items should always appear on-screen

when pasting, i would prefer to constrain the new item to current screen's view.

typical copy-paste flow is to copy, go to where you want to insert the copied item, and then paste. however, in balsamiq, it's copy-paste, then go to where you want to insert.

these behave the same if it's a 1 screen mockup, but i often (always) find myself scrolling to where i want the new item to appear, and then having to scroll back and drag it down.

not a bug or anything, but breaks my expectations.
