Resize Canvas / Browser components using parameters popup.

Suggestion to add width and height fields in property popup window of controls to allow manual resizing.
One aspect this would be helpful for is when resizing beyond the window boundaries (it gets a bit tedious to drag-scroll-drag until you get to the desired object size.
