Saving Mockup with comments

We would love to have an (optional) text box on the save screen prompting for comments on what changes with this revision [perhaps the save options are, Save (doesn't close, no comment prompt), Save as New Mockup (creates new mockup and prompts for comment), Save and Close (prompts for comment and closes)].

The comments would show in the Comment log of the issue (ex: "I added the UI to adjust the settings for the component...").
