Show combo box open
I would love to be able to "open" the combo box and show the developers which options should be available to the user.
How about an "open" option where I can not only open the combo box but type in the options?

Inappropriate?Great idea, I have wanted this too and usually resort to doing it manually.
-
How have you done it manually? -
Inappropriate?try this:
<mockup>
<controls>
<control>
<controlproperties>
<text>ComboBox</text>
</controlproperties>
</control>
<control>
<controlproperties>
<color>16777215</color>
<hasheader>false</hasheader>
<alternaterowcolor>16777215</alternaterowcolor>
<selectedindex>0</selectedindex>
<text>Item%20One%0AItem%20Two%0AItem%20Three</text>
<borderstyle>square</borderstyle>
</controlproperties>
</control>
</controls>
</mockup> -
Now _this_ I like, straight-up bmml, shaken, not stirred :) -
If you try to paste this into balsamiq it wont work. I think perhaps the past feature is too fussy on format and characters. Did anyone try to import it? It would not work for me. -
Inappropriate?I think he placed a List right under a ComboBox...that's how I've done it before.
