Using commas in the data grid
I have a mock-up where there is a name column formatted:
Last Name, First Name
It would be great if there was an escape syntax so I could put the comma into the grid (without overlaying string objects like I'm currently doing).
If this syntax already exists, please ignore and kindly share the secret.

Inappropriate?you can escape it with a backslash:
Last name\, First name -
Inappropriate? Thanks Michael, I thought i had tried that but I was using a / slash!
I’m thankful for helpful people

Inappropriate? This is a problem for me too. In Norway the comma (,) is used as a decimal seperator (opposed to the period in the US). Today I bought Basamiq to make some mockups for a client and several of my datagrid sample data contains commas for decimal seperator.
yes, I can use \, (which I learned now) and search and replace, but this is friction I could do without.
Suggestion: respect the Windows Regional settings that specify a list seperator (; is default in Norway) or have a "Settings" dialog where I can specify a custom list seperator.
I’m wishing localization was concidered more often

Hi Glenn, I have a localization release scheduled for the fall. I will keep this requirement in mind when I work on it, thanks for bringing this up!
